You don't have to decide right away. And even if you decide, I think you can always change your mind later. It's one of those things that no matter how hard you try, I don't know if you'll ever completely forget.
If you're scared you might lose it before you decide, why not write it down? You can always delete it from your PHS if you decide you don't want to keep it alive after all.
