You know Swan wouldn't have asked any of us if there was a choice, but...this isn't gonna be the last time either. We need to kill at least twice in order to save our dead and bring Sumire and Hajime back. And each team has to do the same to save their own teammates. It's the only way to bring everybody back.

I've seen it happen before. Where someone, labouring under the weight of a burden they thought they should handle themselves, would rather refuse any aid offered them and allow themselves to drown rather than think of dragging others down with them.
