Oh, you've travelled to other worlds? ... [ yesterday she would've thought that to be impossible, but... y'know. she's here right now isn't she? ]

My world? [ ... ] I'd say it's normal, but that's normal to me rather than everyone. It's... there's a lot of problems with it, but there's also lots of people just living their lives the best they can there too.

Yeah. We've been to a lot of them over the last couple of years. [but his world traveling thing isn't important at the moment. he's more curious about alex.]

Are they problems that can be fixed? [that's always the first question. and he shoots another basket.] What are the people like?

[ sora, you world hop that is way more interesting. ]

Some problems are pretty deep rooted. And... they're just like any people. There are good and bad people everywhere, and some of them are... more powerful than others, or louder than others.

[reconnective]

[yes, but also no.]

Just like any people. [it sure does sound familiar at least.] I've heard a bit about a lot of people's worlds...most of them aren't the same, but it just means there really is a reason this world picked us.

[chanteuser]

You don't think it was just coincidence? If there's that many worlds and they're pulling at random, they're going to get a variety of people.

[reconnective]

I don't know. Could be, but I don't think it was just because they felt like picking out of nowhere. They know enough about us for that data, don't they?

[chanteuser]

True. And we know nothing about them.

It doesn't seem very fair, does it?

[reconnective]

No. It doesn't. [another shot shot.] But that's why I want to ask them as many questions as I can whenever they do come meet us. Something important must have happened so they couldn't be here, but they'll probably want to talk to us, too.

It's only fair.

[chanteuser]

[ she nods. ]

We're all bound to have questions, but we could widen the scope of them a bit more to be as much about them as about what's going on here.


I'm kind of curious what kinds of people they are too.

[reconnective]

That's a good idea. [he likes that alex seems to be on the same track he is, really.] What sort of questions do you think we should start with?

[chanteuser]

... I guess we could try and get names, and ages from them? Start with the basics and build our way up.

That's how you get to know a person normally, so I don't see why it wouldn't apply here.

[reconnective]

[he has never asked anyone for their age but still, good plan.]

Alright. Then that's where we'll start. There's only a few of them so it shouldn't take long to learn that much.

[chanteuser]

[ sora you can ask whatever questions you want to ask, sweetie. alex believes in you. ]

If they're as isolated here as we are, they might not mind the chance to talk without being pelted with questions related to what's happening here.

[ except wolf who apparently will just grump into the distance but that's fine they haven't met him yet, here. ]

Yeah. I think if I were them I'd want a break from so many people asking the hard questions, too. So we'll just focus on getting to know them better. That'll probably make it easier for them to tell us more in the future anyway.

[he would love answers now but also...people are important.]

I'm sure making them all sit down and play the question game with us will really endear us to them, huh?

[ as interesting as that would actually be... ]

It'll at least show them we trust them enough not to fight so much. [just a thought.]

Presents might be a good idea too. Isn't there a saying about the way to someone's heart being through the stomach?

[reconnective]

Something like that. I was thinking of making them something and giving it to them whenever we see them. Like a dessert maybe?

[chanteuser]

Desserts go down well with most people, good idea. And if they don't like sweet things we can think of a savoury snack instead.

Should be easy enough. [he grins then.] But until they do show up...guess this is all we can keep doing.

Maybe basketball is secretly the key to our escape. Who knows?

It keeps us busy. Maybe if we shoot enough baskets, a door'll open somewhere and we'll be free to go.

Now that's a get out condition that'd be fun to play.

Then help me out here. Let's see if we can make something work. [he holds a basketball out to her.]

I don't think it'll be that easy, but at least it'll be fun?

[ it's gonna do that circling the hoop and falling outside of the net thing when she tries though. whomp whomp. ]
