[as sora enters the arcade the next morning, he's taking a look around to see what's going on and explore some of the other games available! it doesn't take him long to see he's not alone though, and as he spots alex he smiles and waves to greet her.]

[ alex is at a crane machine!! unfortunately it's full of minion and my little pony merch (citation: francia von franch; 2020) so she's just staring at it with a look of concern. ]

[ oh. wow. yesterday was an introduction blur, so it's kinda unsurprising she missed a few. ]

[ once she's been whinnied over by a horse doctor, alex is gonna look for sora, hurrying as fast as she can on her journey to find one (1) spiky haired sunshine child. ]

[ she thinks she spots him over by the planetarium, and waves her non-burned arm to try and catch his attention. ]
[he's seated outside of the planetarium, and at first he doesn't hear her. it's the arm that's waving at him that gets his attention and he sits up a little taller.]
Alex, you're awake! [she woke up when they were all on the ground, but he means like actually awake.] How're you feeling?
on monday once the initial "explore everything" excitement has died down at bit, and the whole... 1 foot or less feelings jam thing and no touching has been well and truly established, alex wanders down to the port, looking for a familar spiky-haired teen.
but she is keeping in mind he might be wearing a pirate hat, so she's not just looking out for spiky hair. ]
[it takes a few moments for him to respond, but for once he's not in the water. instead, he seems to be sitting at the end of the dock in his pirate outfit, the hat obscuring a large part of his hair. he turns to look at her though and grins.]
Alex! [give him a second to bounce up to his feet, jogging across the dock to reach her.] Hey.
[is alex enjoying herself today? while she's in the graveyard, and whether she's walking or she's just taking it all in, she'll find what looks like some kind of baby bat seated on a large headstone, perched with a leg dangling over the edge. but he turns his head and there's a quiet sort of grin in her direction.]
[ for the sake of this pc, alex will also be in her halloween outfit. leave me alone it's cute and i'm basic. she has little booties on instead of those nightmare shoes though. ]

[ alex is heading back to the inn after... well. a lot of finding people and talking to them, honestly. she's very tired, and she looks it a bit. there's a slightly worried energy to her as well but it's somewhat hidden under all that tiredness. ]
[he'd been heading back to the inn himself but he slows down when he sees alex, lifting a hand to give her a short wave.]
Hey. Headed my way? [he's giving her a once-over to try and read how she's feeling, adjusting his pace to match hers.] It's already been a long wekeend already and it's just barely getting started.
[he's hanging out in the bookstore, seemingly browsing just to distract himself. upon hearing footsteps though he looks up and gives her a light smile.]
[at least the beach is reasonably quiet, which is something he appreciates. but as he's taking it all in and memorizing this place before it disappears and as he's thinking over the events of the day, he sees alex and approaches on his own.]
[somewhere in-between the running around between groups, sora finds himself turning a corner and bumping into someone else. he has a few pillows in his arms? it's fine. but he does grin lightly in apology.]
