I think it's... some of both? A lot of us have already forgotten pretty huge stuff here and there, but this would be more sudden and extreme. So I bet their retention of basic stuff wouldn't be very good either...

I've been asking around myself, but it never hurts to hear things from a few sources. Your secret's safe with me though. I don't think people expect me to tell them where I hear things anyway. [he has recently been made aware that he's very much a younger teenager.] So don't mention it.
