Yeah! Yeah, me and my friends...it's a slower way to get to other worlds but it's one of the most reliable. We get to see all kinds of stars and meteors and sometimes we have to fight off Heartless but it's not a huge deal.

[cuedoves]

I guess? I didn't know Taako was like this. [nobody tells him anything about taako, damn.] But no. I mean Heartless. They're like monsters.

She also traveled on spaceship between worlds. I didn't realize it was so common.

Yeah. We get along pretty okay so far, so it should be fine. [:)

but also, hm.] I never said you were! But not every world has monsters. Ours didn't for a really long time.

She's easy to get along with.

Probably not. The monsters we usually fight are called Heartless. They're creatures made up from the darkness in a person's heart. If a person loses their heart to the darkness...then a Heartless is born.

[cuedoves]

Really bad. Heartless are attracted to the darkness, so when a world's heart has darkness in it, the Heartless travel to try and consume it. A ton of worlds were lost that way a long time ago. But we started traveling to these worlds and helping keep them safe by locking them up so nothing can destroy them.

Locking them up from the darkness? You can do that?

With the Keyblade, yeah. It's a weapon I have but this place took it away.

[cuedoves]

It's a weapon I have. It's kind of like a huge sword, but shaped like a key.

[cuedoves]

When you said lock the world, I didn't think you meant... literally.

It's pretty normal compared to yours.

.... I mean.... there is some darkness... but it might not be the same as what you were talking about. But there's been a war going on for a hundred years.

... My country. Against the rest of the world.

And what're they fighting for? Kind of sounds like a pretty big effort.

They want to "share their greatness with the rest of the world." It's what we were taught to believe, when really the Fire Nation just wants to bring the rest of the world to its knees.

[he scoffs a little.]

Sounds familiar. But also sounds like you don't believe it anymore. Something change your mind?

It's complicated. But I couldn't stand by and let it happen anymore, once I started to realize the truth.

Not exactly in a good way, but yeah. We've fought against people who thought their view was the best, too, when all they wanted was control.
