Me either. It's...in a way, it does make some sense. I can understand why we would have said yes to repeating the cycles. But it doesn't make it any less shocking.
We failed. It's hard to say how, but from what I understand we weren't able to eliminate all of the destabilized people. In at least one cycle, we could only save half of the people left.
