Even a voluntary death shouldn't be done in vain. [even if izumo chose to die to protect alphinaud, he wouldn't let it go to waste. they would have no excuse not to hit their numbers then.]

[why...does this already feel like a goodbye? it's slightly unsettling, but it's been weeks of this. it's not over until it's over. he's not going to think about that, but he nods anyway.]

True. Two a week. If for some reason he can't contact you himself, I don't mind being a messenger. [but he shakes his head.] Let's hope it doesn't come to that though and we'll figure out something better for everybody.

That's the thing. I really, really don't know. I wish I did, but...that's a better solution than what I've worked out so far.

[ at the mention of hikaru's name, izumo's expression will drop and she'll lower her head. ]

No, I have no clue. If there's anyone who might be interested in that, it would be Claude.

It's something like that. Not necessarily a leader but...someone who might have something to do with some of the things going on here.

[he frowns softly.] ...I'll ask around. I don't know if Claude would tell me even if I asked.

[ sora??? and while sora frowns izumo will get irritated. if only because of the continued mentioning of claude. oops? ]

...if that idiot knows better, he should start telling people things instead of trying to keep doing things all on his own. His actions will start to catch up to him more than it already have.

It's complicated, it's just a hunch I have. I think that whoever's sending messages out to people is the same person who might've killed Hikaru. I only heard of one team's icon flashing this weekend, and there's no way that team killed both people.
